Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of service by which you do business with Sweetest of Days.

  • If the request for alteration or cancellation is received prior to work beginning on custom and made to order items, alterations or cancellations is allowed.  If a request to combine orders is received prior to the item shipping, I am happy to combine after a purchase is made.
  • The customer is allowed 3 business days to alter their order after the purchase is complete
  • Sweetest of Days offers local pickup to those in the area of 46526
  • Orders shipped to the wrong location are very difficult to reroute.  If you have made an error in shipping address, please contact me immediately and I will attempt to reroute your package.  If the package cannot be rerouted and is returned to the sender, I will re-ship the item once I receive it.  Orders that are lost due to a buyer providing incorrect shipping info will not be refunded.  
  • Orders that are lost due to a buyer providing incorrect shipping info will not be refunded.
  • Items delivered damaged/defective will be replaced with a like item or store credit in the amount of the purchase (including shipping).  The exact item will be the replacement when it is available.  Due to the use of limited fabric runs, the exact item may not be available.   
  • Ready to ship items ship within 3 business days.  Made to order items ship within 5 business days.
  • If an item is not shipped within the timeframe specified in the policies or the specific listing, the buyer will have 3 additional business days to cancel their order for a refund.  Please plan for longer shipping times due to COVID-19.  The shop is not responsible for post office/UPS/FEDEX shipping delays.
